I am a middle linebacker and I am looking to improve my strenth and speed,does anybody know any exercises that will improve both of these things at once.

the football coaches at my old high school used to make everyone do power-cleans. it really helps u become more explosive and im sure it might help out on the speed part as well. i really couldnt tell u because i was a lineman. but yes, thats what used to do. hope this helps!!
