LOL!!! Yes you got it right!!!

It's actually taken from an Oliver Stone movie, "Entre Ciel et Terre" (I don't even know the original English title but it's the Third movie after "Platoon" and "Born the 4th of July")

I'm not French but I have lived in Southern France for 5 years now.....
