I was wondering if anyone wanted to share some programs that they know about. I don't mean post them up here though, the url would be good or a book name. I'm just getting bored with the ones that i've tried (including the mass building workouts here, sorry, haha) and I thought that many others could benefit from this too. I am directly interested in mass building programs but any other programs would obviously be useful to others that find this message posting.
Yeah I did, and what's the deal with his programs. Workout your chest 3 times a week? One of his programs is to workout half your body one day and then the other half the very next. This would only benefit juice heads. I liked all the book but that section. I think it was very strange for him to suggest those programs.
