you should always have whole real foods, meal replacements and bars and just a way out in case of emergency...you should always try to eat regular foods, they nourish the body and give them the nutrients they need to help promote a healtheir body
Real food is also a lot less expensive. :) I have tried a couple of the meal replacements just so I'd know what they were, but I just can't bring myself to use them. They cost too much! LOL! Makes me think I'm in the wrong business. :p
