Hi guys, I'm new here, not new to fitness though.
I was wondering if you could help me. My goal is to loose fat and size that I've gained over the past 2 weeks. I'm 5'0 110 lbs (2 years ago I was 95lbs, and 2 sizes smaller). I workout 6 days a week doing cardio and endurance weight work I used advanced workout videos for both cardio and weights and just recently started running (can't run for more then 10 minutes though without a break). For cardio videos I do step and kickboxing.

I'm completely clueless about eating though. According to my nutrition profile I need about 1,400 per day. I have days where I eat as little as 1,000 calories and have other days where I can eat upto 3,000 (feeling sick after though)--binge. However I think that it all everages out to about 1,500 calories per day. But I'm not loosing... only gaining. Does it matter what and when you eat? Is there more to the picture then calories in vs. calories out?
Please help!!!

Thank you

Yes, it matters what and when. Do some surfing on the message boards - lots of posting like yours.
You may ned to switch your routine a little - you could be overtraining, or adapted to what you are doing.
Let me know if you have more specific questions after doing some surfing.
Good Luck!
