Im new to the site but heard about the success and advice from other members. Im 24 6'3 weigh 170. Im pretty lean w/ some muscle but would like to gain some weight and mass especially in my lower body. Any help is appreciated. I have been working out but find it hard to keep weight on as Im pretty active. I train in the gym about 3 times per week mostly working the upper body, shoulder and biceps.

Well, first off a big part of what you want to achieve can never be achieved with your stated workout. You say you want to gain weight in your "lower" body, to me this means legs. In your workout, you do no legs at all. hhhhmmmmm, can't build too much muscle in the legs like that. Incorporate a solid leg workout, i.e...squats, leg presses, lunges, etc., and add to your routine. Eat adequate amounts of food, (nutrients...carbs and protein and some healthy fats), and you will start to see the results you are looking for.
