I get this cramping in my stomach that keeps me from working them out. How can I combat this problem? Everything else on my body looks great except my stomach.

are you sure you aren't mistaking that cramping for the burning sensation you are feeling when you do work them? lol!! just kidding.. on a serious note, maybe check out the formation you are performing them in. take a look at the exercises given in here to see what form you are to be doing. good luck!

I used to have this problem as well.I was doing my abs after my work out and cardio and my body already spent, and I wasn't properly hydrated. What I started doin was doing my ABS at the begining of my work out and made sure that I stayed hydrated. I also bought one of those AB ball things. It is awesome!! My abs are stonger than ever and my back doesn't seem to hurt anymore when doing abs.
I hope you find something helpful here, There is nothing more painful then to have one of your abs cramp. Talk about a work out killer!

make sure ur breathing....it sounds stupid but if u hold ur breath all the time while contracting ur gonna cramp up, might help ya out
