I must be doing something wrong. I can't seem to get a response from my e-mails. Do I just need more patience?
Thanks!

Thanks. I sent the e-mail to exercise@freetrainers.com asking about exercise subsitiutions. I workout at the local college and they don't have a cable-cross or ab machine. Both of these are in the first week of my training schedule. Can I freely use other exercises (for the same mucle group)? If so, how do I record it in the database?

LOL you can use other exercises for those if you can not do them....as for entering them into the database, if you can not find a exercise to fit it and change it out there is 2 things to do....sign up for the professional FT ( it does cost some) thereyou can add whatever exercise you want, and or just input the new exercise into the ones you can not do....that is the best I can do, I would send emails to either adrian here he is one of the owners of the website, and not send it to the other email address. good luck Ihope this helps.
