I've got a question about an experiment Im doing...
Is carrying weights permanently (a few kg on wrists and ankles) and do everyday stuff as if I didnt have wheigts, a good Idea? when I remove them at the end of the day I feel very agile.
I just wanted to know if anyone with more experience can tell me this is not effective, or has any kind of medical problem (give me a bad back, make me weary instead of strong... whatever)

This causes unnecessary wear and tear on your joints, due to the constant pull.
You may have a slight increase in calorie burn, but a safer way to do this is to wear a weighted vest or backpack, then he weight is over your core and not hanging on any joints.
Or just do ten minutes more cardio, probably the equivalent for extra calories burned..

A weighted vest should be a lot safer than a weighted backpack. I remember my anatomy teacher saying that carrying backpacks with a lot of weight in them will cause ur spinal cord to curve a little bit more.

I do agree with you timbaland, but that will most likely happpen to those who have a weak abdominal region and unaware of there body.
