I am a part time student during the day and I work a twelve hour rotating shift at night. I get off at six in the morning and sleep until it is time to go to class. Then I come home and take a nap before either studying or going to work. My eating habits are very bad and it is hard for me to find time to go to the gym or workout. I am about 40 - 45 pounds over my ideal weight and I need to lose the weight. I am doing this for my health and happiness. I am also planning a wedding for next March and the stress is starting to build already. Does anyone have any ideas? I was thinking about taking TrimLIfe.

Dieting alone, might show weight loss, but not necessarily change the way your body looks. Plus, pounds can come right back when you go off that diet. Look at when you can fit 30 minutes of cardio and another hour of workout time. Believe it or not, you will have more energy and not need all the naps. Also, seriously look at your schedule. Not only can you abuse your body, but your mind as well. See if you can change your shift a bit at work, or rework your class schedules to allow a longer period of rest in between. Rest is so important for both body and mind fitness.

I know how you feel dieter76. I work 6:30 p.m - 6:30 a.m with classes before and after work. It is tough but jhadams is right that working out and eating better will make you feel alot better and have more energy. Also I found that taking multi-vitamins is a very crucial role when your body is being drained for so long. And with the "energy pills", they do work as long as you space it out right. If you load up to close together the end of your day will be a waste. It took me a couple of days to figure out when to space my vitamin/energy pills/food/workout but once you find the right times the days are some much better. But still make sure to eat throughout the day because you will continuesly need the energy. If you need anything else I am here.... along with averyone else. Goodluck!
