So, I had my BF calculated by electronic calipers this morning, then jumped on my electronic BF scale out of curiosity to see if they were conclusive, as well as punched in my measurements on this site?

Electronic calipers = 13.7%
Electronic BF scale = 22.7%
FT site = 26%

Talk about mass confusion?! Help!

First of all, don't trust the one on this site ;) Also I've been told to just use the same method each time so it is consistent. When I do mine with the handheld one I get about 17% if I hold it in my hands and about 18% if I use my feet... but if I use this site's it says I am 55%!!!!! Can you believe that? I think it is because I am 5'7 and weight 178 cause I am thick and have some muscle, but seriously... way off base.

13.3% is really good. I would just go with the one you have more access to and stick with it,.
It is only a number , you must really go by how you look in the mirror. They are only #'s.

The handheld are more accurate if you have someone else perform the pnich and measurement, it is too hard to pinch yourself and get the calipers on inthe right place, I really liked my little digital calipers - I alsways got a nice low number, however, it wasn;t right...

Thanks for all the responses. I know it really IS just a #. I suppose I was curious as to how they could all be so different from one reading to the next & which would really be the most accurate for tracking my progress.
