Hi, I just found your site. It is packed full of info and I don't know where to begin. I am a former weight watcher, lost 65 pounds (am at lifetime status)and over the past 2 years have gained about 50 back. I have had some life changes and have just not been motivated to do anything. I want to get back on track with my eating and my exercise. I am excited to find you!

welcome!!! we are excited to have you!! good luck on your fitness goals. you might like to start yourself out in a personal fitness program just follow the exercise program, answer the questions and you will have a nice 8 week routine made specifically for the goals you want. there are also specialized programs as well, like abs, glutes, thighs etc.
