Hello everybody....I am interested in some info from you in regards to supplements:

For now, I am almost done with my program here. I have seen great results. More energy, greater definition. I am not a magazine cover guy yet..he,he, but I do see great resulsts...=)

I want to take supplements. I am taking creatine right now. I also take nutrional bars. Is there anything else that you guys recommend?

Some good staples are a multi-vitamin/mineral, glutamine, a blended protein...
To be more specific, what are your goals?

Its been said numerous times on this website and on others as well...Your not going to get "really really big" by taking a supplement. Hell most people who want to get big can't and they're trying. So go with a good protein supplement (I like soy protein personally, but many others on this website will probably tell you differently) Keep taking the creatine, it along with a healthy diet, which is the most important aspect to gaining any kind of muscle, should get you well on your way. Oh, a good multi vitamin wouldn't hurt either. And don't forget MRP's!
