Hey everyone, this category seems like a place where most questions get pretty good answers so i might as well ask this one. K Here are my stats im 17, w=140 5"9 , now ive always been the skinny guy, but for the last few months ive been trying to tweak my metabolism in gaining weight for Lean Muscle Gains by eating alot and taking creatine, glutamine and protein shakes, ive also been going to the gym for close to a year now commited and this site really motivates me alot. Now im in amateur boxing and have great definition for my age and the whole defined look everyone is going for, but what i need is to "get fat" or well to say it politely to gain size and then while getting that size getting muscle gains. Now i eat 6 even meals a day with good timing between them. But I Hear of this "weight gainer" shakes you can take to slow down ur metabolism or somewhat of the same reaction. Now "why would anyone want to slow down their metabolism? Is this something i should do to gain more muscle. Any suggestions ppl? Thanx in advance for anyone that replies.
