anyone have any GREAT lo carb-hi protein recipes to share. please do so... I'LL BEGIN...
deviled eggs with tuna
hard boil eggs and slice lengthwise. remove the yolks and just add tuna to the yolk mixture along with the other fixings -relish, salt, garlic, mustard, tuna, and mayo (i use soy Nayonaise, tastes just like mayo, but 1/3 the fat and calories.) then stuff the halfed egg whites with the yolk mixture so that it's overflowing with it and sprinkle pepperika on top to give it that pretty color.
sorry can't give exact measurements-i never use them. so just add a little at a time b/c you can always add more, but once it's in... it's in.
it's almost like having a tuna salad sandwich w/o the bread!
