Hey everyone! I'm trying to get myself a nice little six pack. I've just begun the 12 week ab program, and I plan on doing cardio along with it. The last main issue I need to address is my diet, as I know is a big part of getting abs. I know that low carb hi protein is good. I've also been trying to drink lots of water.
What I'd like to know... what would be a good diet plan to try to follow daily? What for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? I hear that eating 4 smaller meals per day is a good way to go.
Also, is it OK to drink milk while trying to drop a few pounds and pick up a six pack?
Thanks in advance to everyone!

5-7 meals high in protein and balanced with good carbs(try to structure your starchy carbs around your workout, the rest of the time keep to fibrous carbs. The more meals you eat, smaller more frequent feedings actually helps to speed your metabolism. There are only 2 things that will do this, muscle and diet. You don't mention if you are doing any other resistance training, but it would sure go a long ways towards helping you acquire that six pack. You have no profile, so we really don't know much more to tell you. Good luck, and please fill in your profile. Will help us to reply better to your needs.
