A study from the University of Arkansas examined weight training injuries over a 20 year period. Overall, 980, 000 accidents were studied. This is what they discovered:

I would have said the knee, people are always complaining about their knees. I guess that's more of a "ache" than an injury.

I would have say that the most injured part would be my Pride/Ego....

I sometimes hit my nose when i'm doing preacher curls! Makes me feel soooo dumb!
