Answer: The hand.

A study from the University of Arkansas examined weight training injuries over a 20 year period. Overall, 980, 000 accidents were studied. This is what they discovered:

Hand..............23.8
Upper Trunk.......18.8
Head, neck........16.4
Lower Trunk.......15.5
Foot..............14.6
Arm................5.3
Leg................4.9
Other..............0.7

I hit myself in the head everytime I do French curls, Had to change my workout!!!!LOL

I would have said the knee, people are always complaining about their knees. I guess that's more of a "ache" than an injury.

I think I've injured ever body part on that list EXCEPT my hand. Oh well, knock wood - OUCH! Damn!

I would have say that the most injured part would be my Pride/Ego....

I sometimes hit my nose when i'm doing preacher curls! Makes me feel soooo dumb!

kalanchoe i don't wanna even know how you accomplish that!! LMAO!!

RW- is always running into the Smith barbell....lol! you would think after a couple of times he'd learn since it is soooo painful. lol but then again, he's a sucker for pain. hehe
