can anyone tell me the correct way to do a good press up? i do 120 before i have my dinner. i do 20, 25, 30, 25, 20 sets. i go slow for the first 45 then push the others out faster. any good tips to help me out?

Put your feet high up on something. Makes it harder.

You got different kinds of press ups:
Hands wide, hands close, on your fists, feet on a bench, jumping press ups, on one hand, hands close to the ribs etc etc
Now what are you looking for? Why all those press ups?
