i have a problam, i dont know what to do my chest... ive been working out and my pecs just dont form... i dont know what you can call it but the best thing i can think of is they stick out like a bird's beak instead of getting rounder and flatter WHAT CAN I DO!!!!

i would just do more incline presses which would help the upper pecs form and then everything should start to form after.it should pull everything up so u wont have the beaks anymore. but still keep doing all of the other chest routines u do.

Incline db flyes, db incline press, straight arm pullovers.
This should help. And only work it once per week.

Your profile states that weight loss is your main goal. I take it by that you have fat to lose. What you are seeing around your chest may be in excess. There are many exercises you can do to develope your chest, at your stage I would opt for compound exercises with good form. This will develope the entire chest region nicely, and concentrate on a good sound diet to lose that excess flab that covers the developement. Good luck to you.
