I am additcted to sugar, I have huge sugar tooth, and I need some alternatives to eating sugar when I get a sweet tooth. I am trying to gain muscle mass, and also lose 10pds. I appreciate all the help
Try making mini protein pancakes, adding a little more sweetners, It really helps me, I think I am eating cookies. There is a recipe in the recipe section.
