1-2lbs lean steak (grill it then slice into strips)
1-2 red, green, yellow bell peppers rough cut
1-2 onions rough cut
1-2 cups cook rice
1 can kidney beans (thought if you rather not have them that is ok I also use black beans)
1 can tomatos
3 tbs chili powder
1 tbs red pepper flakes
little garlic salt
hot sauce to taste
Ok after cooking the steak, slice and set aside. using oil of choice stirfry all the pepper and onions till tender. Add the steak and beans and tomatos. Mix in the spices and add either hot sauce or salsa to taste. Simmer for 10-12 mins stiring everynow and then.....add water to thin it out if you would like. put into a bowl some rice and cover it with the mixture....mmmmnnn! tastey. Of course if you make it dryer you could use tortilla and make some nice burrittos!

forgot to mention this makes a lot of food and not sure of the protein fats carbs etc...enjoy!

I have my jc meal, a baked chicken breast and a salad with 1 tbls of low fat dressing; and of course lots of water!

protien shake , can of tuna, can of sardines, and one slice of grain bread with broccoli.
