I took two sleep aids from the old medicine cabinet the night before, NOTHING, I took two ZMA's last night and slept like a baby, it was great and good for me too. -------------- I will lift my own weight someday!!!!!

bb1fit Posts: 11,105 Joined: 2001/06/30	2003/05/08, 05:14 PM I found the EAS brand and the Cytodyne brand to work well, the EAS brand also has NAC in it which is a great addition, but the Cytodyne brand has fructose. It is chewable, so they had to add flavoring. I would opt for no extras, just the bottle that says ZMA on it, whatever brand. -------------- As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. My husband gets up at 1 a.m. on Tuesday mornings to go to work and, if I do not take something to put me in a deep sleep, I cannot go back to sleep when he leaves until around 4 - 4:30 am. I get up for work at 6 a.m. Today is the first Tuesday since I have had my ZMA that I encountered this but I did not it last night, I forgot to ask this question yesterday. -------------- Gramma
