I am going to try a 5 week cycle. And i have some questions still and also would like to know if I have it planned right.

I will take 20 grams a day for 3 days.
On lifting day I will take 5 grams 30 minutes before workout and 5 grams after. Question; I heard if you dont wait 3-4 hours between dosages you will be sick to your stomach. TRUE??? Because if I take it 30 minutes before workout and 15 minutes after that is only like 1 1/2 hours.

on off days i plan to take 5 grams. question is at why time of day should i do this??

My mom is also concered becasue i have high blood pressure and she says we have to ask my doctor first. She says that people with high blood pressure usually want water out of their systems but creatine hold water in your muscles. And truth to any of this? have any of you that have used creatine noticed increase in heart rate or blood pressure?

I plan to use Optimum Creapure creatine powder
