The best book in my collection is "The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" by Arnold Schwarzenegger. Its worth every penny you spend on it. You can also find stuff on this site. Go up to the yellow task bar on the top of this page and choose "FT Excercise Resources" and go from there. You'll find what you're looking for.
