i know that this is b/c one arm is stronger, but it doesn't look that way. my dominant arm looks more fat than strong. i've been working out since jan 03 and have been trying to let my left arm catchup. so in the beginning my right arm was pretty much just going for the ride. it's now may and my left arm looks good and has slimmed down a lot. my poor fat right arm definitely has muscle but it's being weighed down by a layer of fat or two. the top portion of the back of my right arm looks pretty sad and flabby.
anyone got any suggestions as to how to rid myself of the fat on one arm?
