How are you guys??? I'm just starting with this training but tell me the trust dies it really works?? I have been going to the gym for 2 month now and it seems to be working I have lost some pounds off but now I want to built muscle. What food you recomend to eat for proteins??

Ravenwolf what about protein bars or shakes?? ar those good also?? if you don't take as many in your food ..
