Hi...ive been reading some posts abt bodyfat...and being a beginner...is there anyone who can tell me how to measure that lil annoying spare tyre around my waist?
I know most of the time pple use body calipers..and complex equations and stuff like that...but i dun have that. Guess all i have is measuring tape, weighing scale and of course my full length mirror ( works all the time when i jump up and down and see all that flab bounce hehe:)
Oh ive also been eyeing one of those cool electronic gadgets that when u place ur thumbs on it, it reads ur bodyfat percentage. Is it juz another rip-off?
Try this site, it will take you through the measurements step by step, although not real accurate, If you take it weekly or every two weeks you should at least see a reduction in the BF numbers. Good luck to you
