My name is Mark and I am new to this board. I had no idea there was such a support system out there. This is great news for me. A little about me. I am 5'7" weigh in about 190. I have been working out off on and more on for about 10 yrs now. I am looking for a new fresh plan to help burn fat and and gain muscle and bring the veins out. I work out 4-5 days a week. I also incorporate 20 min treadmill on the days I work out. I drink about 72 oz or more of water a day, I eat about 5-6 meals a day. Where can I get some low fat high protein high enough calorie meal plans? Thank you all! I have no issues eating the same thing daily.
