Some of you probably read my other post as to which Mutli Vitamin to get at Walmart. Well today I went and got this Multi Vitamin called One Source. It was $12.47 for 270 caplets. I was trying to decide either Once A Day or One Source but by skimming at the label i noticed that Once Source had alot more Vitamins and also had alot more of the Vitamins and then Once A Day. My Question is the directions say take one caplet daily so i was wondering what exactly is the best time of the day to take a Multi Vitamin well if i was taking one. My second question is since i lift weights 3-4 times a week and do cardio 5-6 times a week is one day good enough or should I increase it to two a day. Also if I increase it to two caplets a day, at what times should i take the two caplets. Thanks

You only need to take one. If you feel you are low in a specific vitamin, just take that vitamin. I like One a Day and I take mine in the morning.

I take 2: one when I wake up and the second after gym. One a day or Two a day doesn't hurt. Have your pick.
