I'm in the army and am very conflicted about my fitness goals. I train 4 days a week for strength. Daily I am called upon to do things like push vehicles, carry loads up to 100 lbs. pull-ups with 30-40 pounds of weight and things like that. However, I am also asked to have exceptional endurance which requires me to run 5+ miles and hike anywhere from 10-30 miles. Also I am tested on maximum push ups and sit-ups(roughly 80 pu and 75 su. How can I continue to increase my endurance while maintaining and increasing my strength and size? Any help would be great. Thanks

I think if you want to keep getting faster and stronger-just keep up what your doing now and keep checking your size and weight.
Number 1 tip; make sure you are eating enough good foods.
Alot of it just depends on much you run and hike (how many times a week, and how far)?

Get down and give me 500 boy! :D I was Air Force; we just had to be smart. Our version of fit was a pair of boots that didn't cause blisters :))
