i don't have a dip machine or any other machine at my house that is like a dip machine.so what exercise can i do to take its place an d have the same resealt?

You can do chair dips....position 2 chairs, one so your feet/heels are just on one, and the other behind you so palms can be placed on the edge of it. Simply lower yourself, and then push yourself back up with your triceps. Relax all other parts of your body, so it is basically dead weight, and the only thing you can push with is your triceps. Make sure they are strong chairs.

Yep, dips behind back is great as well.
When you get stronger, put some weight on your legs/hips.
Slow and control, feel the muscle working.
