With two jobs and three kids sometimes time is a problem. Is it alright to do half of your work out in the morning and half in the evening??b Or even half on one day and half the next??

I asked that question a while back, and as I recall, everyone said it's better than nothing, so go for it

It is perfectly fine. The important thing is to get it in. Good luck to you...2 jobs and 3 kids, whew!! By the way, welcome to FT. Great support here, so feel free to use it when things get tough.

That's what I do, split up my work outs.
No problemo, you'll still get great results (if not better!!)

I am glad to hear you say that Philia. I come home and if it is like chest/bicep day then I lift chest at 4 and cause I usually dont have to much energy I will work biceps at 7:30 or so. I feel I get better intensity for each bodypart by doing it this way. No hurt in this?

The idea of working out twice a day is the perfect solution but not an option for most people due to personal committments. If i could...i would work out morning and evening concentrating 100% on just one or two bodyparts without trying to conserve energy for several bodyparts in one training workout.
You carry on with this program...it will yield great results.
