My flat bench press capabilities have improved really quickly. At the start of April, I was benching 15 kg, now i'm benching 25kg! And I couldn't have done it without reading everyone's posts, and feeling motivated by the wonderful community here. So by June 11th, I hope to be on 35kg.

It's always nice to see new improvements in your training..... It gives us more motivations and keeps us working even harder.
Great job there!!!

I too have noticed that since I started 'hanging out' at freetrainers I seem to be progressing a lot faster, and I am more motivated. I also feel I have a much better understanding of just how weight training and diet work together. The questions keep me thinking and the answers keep me hopping.
