I've been going strong for 8 weeks now on freetrainers, and now I'm going to be taking two weeks off from the gym because I'll be on vacation in Cali. I'll try to stay steady with my diet, but what can I expect in these two weeks? I know it's good to take a week or two off, but will I start to lose what I've gained in the past 8 weeks? I can't believe how much I've changed, but I almost don't want to stop now and lose it all. Any thoughts or comments???
You won't lose your gains in only two weeks... I had two weeks off just now because I was sick for a week and then I had finals. Everything for me seems to be going fine... maybe I lost a pound or two but thats mostly because while I was sick I couldn't keep my diet up. Keep your diet pretty clean and two weeks out shouldn't set you back anything significant.
