hi i am 18 and i am a pretty active kid.i play basketball and i work out 5 days a week.know would it be a good idea to do cardio 5 days a week or just 2-3 days a week? and right know i am 193 5'10 and i want to loose some wheight would it be better to go on a deit or just watch what i eat and exercise alot?

Hello Eric. You're young and already very active so no don't start doing more cardio. Instead cut out all the junk from your diet and you'll see......
