Last week I posted a message about how I was ready to give up totally. So I took a few people's advice and took the rest of the week off. (THANK YOU!)
So I just wanted to say....Hello, and I'm back. I'm very excited to tell you all about my new work out regimen. 3 times a week I mix up 20 min of cardio with this new exercise program suggested by this web site consisting of low weight and high reps. My whole goal is to tone and burn. So pretty please wish me luck. And, good luck to you all.
P.S. After my Monday arms workout...I can't itch my nose!
