I have a good size chest. How can I develop and tone that chest without increasing in size?

i think u should just increase yor reps. to tone u need to do a lot of reps! hope i helped u. good luck!

chest crossovers (cable) another good exercise for shape and tone...

All good suggestions, stay away from compound exercises as well as low repetitions.

Remember that toning consists of atleast 80% diet and cardiovascular activities. In my opinion atleast.

Hi: I forgot to mention that I don't use machines, I work out at home with free weights. would flys do the job ?

flys are good yes.

and in my undeducated opinion, toning is more about losing body fat than it is about exercise selection
