My nutrition goals are:Protein 160 g
Carbohydrates 400 g
Fats 30 g
Total Calories 2486
I never have any trouble making the protein but never reach the goal on carbs & calories, but go over on the fats.
Does anyony have any menu ideas to help me reach these goals??

Well, by your profile you state your main goal to lose fat and get a six pack. It is probably a good thing you are not reaching these calorie limits. I would venture to say 400g. of carbs will never lose you that fat. By the way, I hope your fat sources are coming from healthy fats like flax oil, fish oils, olive oil, etc.

Like bb1fit said, the carbs are out of wack.
Cut it back to 250-300 and see what happens. It should help. And remember no refined carbs.
Good Luck.

Thanks, but what are "refined" carbs?

By all means, yes. That is way too many on a diet if your main goal is still to lean out/lose fat. First, by just "cleaning" up your carb intake, you can probably cut out alot. This means any with refined sugar, pre boxed type stuff, all your high sugar workout drinks, etc. Put in oatmeal, sweet potatos, beans, green vegetables and salads. These are tools in the fight against fat. Keep your protein up. Just this "cleanup" should show significant results at first, then when you have leveled off and are remaining the same you will have reached your maintenance calories. From there you can start to derease as needed to reach your goals.
