How about just a good multi-vitamin?

You'll still need proteins.
I take vitamin pill, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium every single day.
But also glutamine, BCAA, chondroitine, creatine and once in a while a fat burner as well.
I'm not getting more lean muscle mass but more energy and a better recovery.

Eat a MRB once or twice a day. The new protien plus powerbars are a good choice. Another is the leanbody bars.
