Ok, I read up a bit on GABA and everything I have read seems to be positive. I only saw a couple articles from last year discussing it. One of them stated that bbfit1 had tried it...

Was just wondering what peoples impressions were and if it works! Seems like such an inexpensive product!

Gaba is an amino acid with many reported benefits, some of which include better sleep, so better tissue repair, etc. A good place to look at a quality Gaba supplement would be www.ast-ss.com. They are very high on it and tout it. I have used it, I personally opt for ZMA before bed, but see what you think.

Thanks bb1fit. I am really hopeful on the better rest. I tend to be pumped well into the night on workout nights and need some good z's! Picked some up at GNC today (yea, I paid the extra 5 bucks!) and if I like it, found a couple plays with a better price.

Gaba made me feel weird....I took it before going to bed..and I got all tingly like in my face..it was strange...I ended up pitching it.

Hey jellybean, that is very common and you shouldn't have done that(thrown it out). Simply start out at a smaller dosage, then work your way up to about 5 grams.
