Sorry Julie, No quick fixes, all good things take time, You could start by evaluating your diet and making changes there, and exercise for the abs like crunches and leg raises.

Yep Sandy's right there. No quick fixes. If you want those results be prepared to work for it. We'd be happy to help you get there though. Simple tips: cut the junk out of your diet, but keep eating plenty good foods. (don't starve yourself) At your age that's a horrible thing to do. And start up an ab routine from this site, along with some cardio. Good luck Julie!
