Ok, Im a newbie to this site and when I came across I finally decided to my butt up and join the gym. Today was my first day working out and let me tell you I feel great. I'm following the exercise program that FT has given, but its a little difficult on the nutrition end. I'd like to know what a few good meals would be during the course of the day. I've just started training so I dont think taking creatine or any supplement would be good for at least a month. However, to add the needed protein to my diet, I eat a couple bars of protein rx during the course of the day. any comments are suggestions?
