Well, it is between shows...I think it went rather well! There is rumors of maybe a first place!! A good sign, my number placed me in the group I came out with on the end, usually not a very good place. After the first pose, they moved me to the center, and left me there. It was right next to one of the guys I competed against last year, in fact the one who won it! So, I do believe by that gesture it was a way for the judges to compare us. I also crossed over in another class, competeing against the teens...thought I did well in it too. Any way it goes, no protein drink for me tonight, I got ice cold Michelob in the car waiting on me, and a pot of the most fattening spaghetti Sandy can make when we get home. Thanks to all of you for your kind support, I am glad it is almost over though. For those who have never done this, it is work, and so different from what you do to prepare for it. They really left us up there hanging today too for quite a while holding poses. I was breathing hard when it was done. Anyway, thanks again, and I will update later. Won't be over till tonight, got the music round. Hail to Michelob!! LOL....

As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.
