Does anyone have any advice for me? I need to trim a few inches off my hips. I thought I would start dieting, running etc....does anyone have any tips for me? I would also like to tone my stomach.
Welcome to freetrainers. Get yourself set up on a program here on FT. You will see tremendous results. Weight training combined with cardio and eating good food will shed your fat. Remember though, you cannot spot reduce. The extra fatty tissue will shed evenly.
