On one of my days described in the FT program, it shows doing a bicep excercise twice in a row (the same one). Is this correct? Should I be doing 8 repetitions of this same excercise?
Also, I have a Weider home gym and it allows me to do most of the stuff suggested, but is it ok to substitute a different excercise than what is suggested with one that works the same muscle group if I am limited by the equipment?
One other question ... where it showed to do 2 routines of the bicep exercise (two hand cable curl), it only showed to do one of the one arm cross cable lats. I assume it should have shown 2 of those and a single two hand curl?
