Great site, love it! I am returning to the gym after 6 months layoff, from rotator cuff surgery. Therapy was a success and got the green light to train, but moderate weight. I lost 12lbs of size, muscle, mass and weight. I have a fast metabalism. I must consume alot of fodd and train to gain. I hate when people say, " You lost weight". I setup myFT Nutrient program to gain size and muscle. My current weight is 180lbs and I want to bulk up to 12lbs. The program is telling me to consume cal:9,900 prot:594 carbs:1386 fat: 275. I do I consume all that in 6 meals daily? That an avg of 100 gms of protein per serv. I thought consuming more than 60 grms of protein per serv is too much. Please, how would setup my program to consume all that. Oh! by the way I work midnigths, I train at 7am followed by creatine and protein drink, I than sleep til about 4pm. Should I eat my breakfast after training and sleep or eat my big breakfast after awaking at 4pm.
