I am 20 and have now been lifting for five years. The past 3 summers I have put on 15-20 pounds each summer. I am trying to put on 20 more this summer. In the past, I have exersized 5-6 days a week and done a lot more sets than what is suggested on this website. I am willing to put in 1-2 hours a day in the gym. Is this suggested plan really effective or would it be better to use past workouts?
