hey everybody.
i've wrote a pretty nice program on excel.
its a table made on 4 culmns, proteins/carbs/fats/cals.
u fill the table and at the buttom it gives ya the how many proteins/carbs/fats/cals u've ate so far and gives ya the ratio. like lets say u wanna keep a ratio of 50/20/30 then it can be really usefull, cause everytime u put new data into the table the values change and u can accually really follow ur diet in exact numbers.
