Olive oil, walnuts, flax seeds, flax seed oil, salmon all have food fats. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

k but i cant drink olive oil from the bottle hehe.
of course i can eat salads with olive oil, but then i'll haveta eat so many in order to keep the ratio (50/20/30). cause i always seem to eat more carbs then fats, and the products i eat always contain more carbs then fats.
what im really looking for is something that would be low on carbs but fat rich. its not easy to find something like that. most of the fat rich products i've checked r pretty high on carbs, wich is bad for my case.

Walnuts and Flax Seeds would do it. I think instead of trying to find a specific food to give you the result, look at evening the fat distribution out through out the day. For instance, using olive oil for anything you cook would add fat. Also, you can put flax seeds in oatmeal, on salads, or protein shakes. Can also put walnuts in oatmeal and salads. Salmon has fat and no carbs as well. You could cook flax seed crusted salmon in olive oil too.
Maybe someone else has ideas, but I can't think of a food with good fats that you could just right out eat that doesn't have carbs other than flax seeds and salmon.
Do you write down everything you eat and the grams of P/C/F? I know when I started writing it all down, I was sort of amazed at the actual counts.

Wow I wish I had the problem of not being able to eat enough fat! All the foods gwin listed are good. Also most kinds of fish, like tuna in canola oil, peanut butter, hummus (my new fav), and yeah...cook stuff in olive oil.
good luck

gwin, yeah i write everything i eat. i've wrote this tiny program on excel wich i put everything i eat and it conculates the overall p/c/f and the ratio. so its pretty usefull, cause i can follow my diet in exact numbers. but pretty funny also, cause everytime i put something in the table it conculates everything automaticlly, so im like "oohh too many carbs, need fats". then its "aahh need proteins now". its funny, after every conculation i realize that something is missing and i amediatly run back to the freeze to balance myself. lol.
well thnx for the list i'll sure check everything u've listed.
tarab21, hehe. you know yea its great when u can eat basiclly everything u want and bearly get any fat stored. but for me its super hard to gain weight, so i haveta train very hard in order to get any results at all. but i guess everyone has his/her own problems and his/her ways to take care of those problems heh. be glab with what u have :))
