I'm going nuts and I need some help.
I don't know which Creatine brand to choose, this is my first time trying it.
By the way I'm from Canada.
Thanks for your help! If you could tell me where to buy it that would also be a help.

I use Simply Creatine by EAS. No flavor and I mix it with my protein, or with water.

I used to use Simply Creatine, too, but the last tub I bought was yellow, not white. I called EAS and they assured me that there were no impurities at all. I really could have argued the point, but there was no need. That was the last EAS creatine I ever purchased. I've been using Labrada and ProLab creatine (whichever is on sale) since then. Both are much finer powders than EAS and mix very easily.

AST creatine is pure and micronized. Great quality.

I am a New Zealander and out of all the products that I have tried around the world so of the best products are actually made here in New Zealand. Go to this site:www.gymeez.co.nz and check out the products and also they are good value for money too.
